When most of us think about wellness, we automatically go to the physical. The tangible. Things like food. Are you getting enough riboflavin? Are you getting enough omega-3 fatty acids? And that’s important, sure. But many people end up focusing on minutiae to the point that they neglect the most important formless cornerstones of health: emotional well-being, mental health, spiritual growth.
